At Polytechnic University of Setúbal, we believe that continuous improvement begins with active listening. We value the contribution of everyone who interacts with our institution – students, staff, partners, and the community at large.

This space was created to encourage the sharing of compliments, suggestions, or complaints about the services and activities of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. We value your opinion in order to build a more accessible, transparent, and efficient institution.

Active participation for a better institution

For Polytechnic University of Setúbal, listening is a commitment. Every contribution strengthens our mission to offer a quality public service, focused on people and continuous improvement.

Why participate?

Each communication received is treated confidentially and analysed with the aim of:

  • Recognise good practices;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Strengthen the quality of services provided.

This channel is part of the administrative modernisation measures, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 135/99 of 22 April, amended by Decree-Law No. 73/2014 of 13 May, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 35-A.

This process is carried out in accordance with Procedure 10.1 – Compliments, Suggestions or Complaints (2023).

What does the data say?

The collection and analysis of contributions allows for a better understanding of the community’s needs and expectations.

Gráfico de barras que compara o número de elogios, sugestões e reclamações recebidas pelo Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal (IPS) nos anos de 2022, 2023 e 2024. Em 2022, registaram-se 2 elogios, 3 sugestões e 27 reclamações. Em 2023, os elogios aumentaram para 3, as sugestões aumentaram para 10 e as reclamações subiram para 54. Em 2024, os elogios mantiveram-se em 3, as sugestões aumentaram para 6 e as reclamações diminuíram ligeiramente para 43.
