    By the end of the microcredential, participants will be able to:

    a) Understand and analyse the applicability of new technologies in the context of Strength Training;

    b) Critically evaluate the relevance of these technologies in optimising health- and performance-related benefits associated with Strength Training;

    c) Interpret, integrate, and apply data derived from new technologies and training monitoring and analysis systems (e.g. load, volume, intensity, power, velocity, and range of motion), using them in an informed manner to enhance individual health, functionality, and performance.
