Learning objectives and skills to be developed
a) Understand and critically analyse the role of the strength and conditioning coach in athlete performance and health, recognising the influence of new technologies and Artificial Intelligence on physical preparation;
b) Critically evaluate the relevance of new technologies and Artificial Intelligence tools in optimising performance, promoting health and preventing injuries, adopting an ethical and evidence-based approach;
c) Apply technological and analytical information to the individualisation of training, adjusting intervention strategies to the athlete’s characteristics, needs and goals, across different practice contexts and performance levels. -
