Degree objectives
Empowering school administrators involves contributing to the enhancement of their knowledge in the area of educational policies, understanding the complexity of school organizations and the territories in which they are situated, as well as pedagogical action
aimed at learning and the integral development of children, young people, and adults, the central mission of the school, considering:
- To know the conceptual frameworks built in the area of educational policies and educational administration, and how they allow reflection on governance issues.
- To understand educational institutions as learning organizations and the mechanisms that promote change and innovation in the context of their mission.
- To understand the importance of research and the mobilization of knowledge in the exercise of leadership functions.
- To promote the knowledge and skills necessary for performing administrative functions in educational organizations. -

1.Understand the Social State and its relationship with the Right to Education
2.Understand the influence of multiple regulations on the public policies.
3.Understand and deepen the concepts of centralization and decentralization, territorialization, and local education policies, understanding the relationships between territorial dynamics and school and educational dynamics.
4.Know how to plan and manage the various components and resources in the provision of the educational service of the organization.
5.Understand the various conceptions of leadership in relation to Education and Training institutions.
6.Know the role of evaluation and self-evaluation in relation to improvement processes and act accordingly.
7.Know how to understand and critically address issues related to educational success and the quality of learning for children, young people, and adults.
8.Understand the importance and role of research, information, and communication and how to mobilize them positively. -
