The development of research projects and the promotion of the dissemination of scientific knowledge is a priority and, at the Polytechnic University of Setúbal, with support for research of various kinds, such as lines of support for participation in scientific events or dissemination of research results or reduction of teaching time for participation in projects.

Because scientific knowledge only makes sense when it is applied, it is essential to promote the transfer of technology and knowledge resulting from research work, returning its results to the community and the business fabric of the region and the country is essential and, at the Polytechnic University of Setúbal, we create bridges with the market.
