Human Resources Strategy for Research (HRS4R)

In order to achieve one of the goals of the E³UDRES² Ent-r-e-novators project, the IPS formalized its commitment to recognizing and valuing the importance of research activities by adhering to the European Charter for Researchers and adopting its 40 principles in the construction of its strategy for the continuous improvement of the conditions of human resources assigned to research.

In May 2025, IPS received the Human Resources Excellence in Research (HRS4R) award by EURAXESS, becoming the first polytechnic to receive this distinction.

The HR Excellence In Research award is awarded to organizations that, after an internal analysis, define a set of actions to improve their practices in the area of human resources for research.
