Incoming Staff Mobility
The Polytechnic University of Setúbal (IPS) welcomes staff from partner institutions and organisations abroad for training, job shadowing or collaboration under the Erasmus+ Programme or bilateral agreements.
Who can apply?
- Academic staff from higher education institutions;
- Technical and administrative staff from eligible organisations.
What can you do?
- Job shadowing in IPS services or academic units;
- Participate in workshops, meetings, seminars or international weeks;
- Teaching activities (for academic staff);
- Develop cooperation projects and share best practices.
Duration
Typically 2–5 working days, according to Erasmus+ rules or specific agreements.

Send your application to cimob.dici@ips.pt at least 3 months before the planned start date.
Required documents
- Updated CV;
- Completed Mobility Agreement (STA/STT).
Hosting Areas
IPS Schools (ESE, ESCE, ESTSetúbal, ESTBarreiro, ESS) and central services (International Relations, HR, Communication, Library, IT, Academic Services, etc.).
When?
Throughout the academic year, except July–September.
IPS also hosts participants during International Weeks.
